Hello everyone! Can you believe it's only 128 days until Christmas? Santa will be here before you know it! I've just now got Halloween on my brain and whipped up a few cute and easy treat holders (that'll be another blog post!), but then a customer asked for some Christmas cards. I thought, "Christmas cards? But I just started playing with my Halloween stuff!" Well, needless to say, I am now in the process of getting ready for Halloween and Christmas at the same time. lol When tasked with making cards or other projects for people, my go-to creative spot is, of course, Pinterest. So, off I went, with Santa Clause, Rudolph, Christmas trees and more on my brain... I'm still not through making Christmas cards, but I have managed several so far and although I was reluctant to start on Christmas at first, I'm actually, now, looking forward to making even more cards. Ready to see what I've come up with so far? I know I'm ready to share. : ) I'd love to see some comments below... let me know what you think of the cards. Have you made any Christmas cards yet this year? If so, let's see them!
I'll be back with more once I've had time to make them... Until then... Peace Love & Chocolate,

Leave me a comment below and let me know what you think of the True Color Fusion inks from FSJ.... Until next time... Peace Love & Chocolate, Hello everyone! It's been a while, hasn't it? Wow. Day to day is always just so busy... even when ya get some free time, you're just too tired to do anything.
I have some news, though, so I had to make some time in order to make this blog post... because I just really wanted to share this news with you. : ) For many.... many... years, I have always been a Stampin' Up person. I have been a Demonstrator several different times and even when I wasn't a Demonstrator, I still bought and used Stampin' Up products because, well, they really are awesome. Recently, though, someone introduced me to a fairly new company called Fun Stampers Journey. When I saw the catalog (which, let me tell you... it's massive!), I absolutely fell in love with their stamp sets! I decided right then that I was going to become a Coach for Fun Stampers Journey and see where it took me. Over on the right hand side bar, I have the two current catalogs for FSJ (or Fun Stampers Journey). You really should click on over and take a look at them. Let me know what you think of their stamps in the comments below. I can tell you that their stamps are great. They are not only some of the cutest and nicest ones I've ever seen, but they are also great quality and give a really nice image when you stamp with them. I can also tell you that their Black Licorice ink pad is awesome (I do believe I like it better than the StazOn and the Tuxedo Black ink pads I was previously using!). I can't really tell you about their other ink pads, refills or other ink related items yet because I haven't had a chance to try them out yet. I also can't tell you about their other products (i.e. cardstock, paper, adhesives, etc) yet since I've just begun this journey, but as soon as I try them out, I will definitely be blogging about it here to let you know what I think. All of my comparisons will be against Stampin' Up product, of course, since that is what I have used for so long because other product, in my opinion, just doesn't compare to Stampin' Up's products. Now, when I compare FSJ products to SU products, if I say I like them better, this in no way means that I think SU products aren't good items. I still think SU is awesome and still have and use some of their stuff, I'm just trying on a new hat at the moment because I love their stamps and look forward to seeing what else FSJ has to offer. Now, with all that said, if you take a look at the catalogs on the right and see something you like and would like to try out, I would LOVE to be your Coach! You can either click on the Shop Now logo on the right sidebar above the catalogs or you can go the Fun Stampers Journey website and shop from there. Either way, I'd love it if you could list me as your Coach when you shop. To do this, you could try using my zip code (63801) and finding my name or you could try searching for my name (Tina Hodge), but your best bet would be to just use my Coach number which is #10406. This will ensure that you definitely locate me. : ) I'd really love to hear from you if you take a look at the items or if you have used some of the products before. Let me know in the comments below what you think.... Until next time... Peace Love & Chocolate, |
